Checkra1n-app

Version Version Stage Build

A GUI python app used to be an *.ipa downloader, which downloads apps/games from iphoneCake.

Installation

$ git clone https://github.com/0xfff0800/Checkra1n-app.git
$ cd Checkra1n-app
$ python3 Checkra1n-app.py 

Disclaimer

This has been created exclusively for educational purposes, and the end-user assumes all responsibilities if utilized improperly.

Features

  • Show all search results rether than only first 5.
  • Empty search will list featured apps.
  • Select app to direcly download.
  • Enable downloading multiple apps within the same search, without the need to search again
  • Show a progress bar for the downloads in the terminal.
  • Downloaded app will be renamed using the app name, rather than the app ID.

Documentation

  • To run the requirements script properly, you will need to give it full privileges by executing chmod +x requirements.sh .

    This script will check Homebrew and Python, and then install all necessary libraries.

  • After giving privileges, run sh requirements.sh . (Remember to cd to file path).

  • After running requirements.sh , just run python3 Checkra1n-app.py
