What happened?

hello developers and caeden

this issue has been affecitng me for a while and its annoying as fuck i cant deal with it. it ruins the flow of every gif or link i send

so when the bot sees a link which has a -randomnumber in it it just messages the channel with the calculation embed its kinda annoying since it ruins the moment. as for how to fix it DO IT YOURSELF YOU LAZY ASSES

so bot sent this Command raised an exception: AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'avatar'

apparently it's when I used jarvide gay but dont ask why 😳 but that happened, I looked through code but dont seem to find a command called 'gay', but I'm still investigating.

if you do find it let me know and I'll try to fix it or idk who made that command anyways

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Try to give yourself the same, highest role as the bot.

Expected behavior A message saying the bots has not enough perms using the error handler of disnake.py

Additional context The user also would not be able to give him/herself a higher role than he/she currently has.

Rename the "Commands" sections in the wiki to "Docs" And add this at the end of the home page

• merging the if statements in bot.py line 109
• fixing the issue where if you send a link which contains any "mathematical equations" the calculator opens
• removing alot of unused imports

What happened?

A bug happened! I ran the command jarvide roast @jarvide so when it sends the embed, it mentions itself, which triggers the jarvide welcome embed I also tried to get a bot to ping jarvide, and it responded.

Minor update:

huge bug fixes and improvements and complying with pep8

Why:

alot of bugs. like reactions not working properly. this was a huge issue as the "interactive controller" became a useless message that just showed the current track

Features:

• using buttons
• fixing another error
• reactions not working + minor bug fixes
• formatted code to look better and increase readability

Can we add an infraction checker to the bot that counts the number of infractions (e.g kicks, mutes) a user has? Or some kind of warning system in which the user gets timed out in 3 or 4 warnings?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The features are not related to any existing problems, these are features that I'm thinking of adding. These features would be following: user blacklist, command whitelist, ticket system for reports and maybe docker support.

Describe the solution you'd like I would be setting up postgres database for those features to manage per guild management. Blacklist will be global, which means it applies to all guilds the bot is in. Ticket system would be set up for support server and additional details of how to use it would be explained in reports channel.

Additional context User blacklist means that they will not be able to run any or specific commands at all, if user spams, abuses or breaks ToS of the bot it is useful to not allow them use the bot, blacklist can be temporary. Command whitelist is used to limit command(s) to specified channel, this prevents spam on other channels. Ticket system is for reporting bugs/exploits or anything that will later be specified, will be set up for support server. Docker support will be useful for other developers to quickly set up the bot without the need of messing with files etc.
