Haven't looked too deeply here; but I think this was introduced in python 3.7 which is what the install_requires demands here.
This Pull Request refreshes "typeshed" packages via the existing "bin/generate-install-requires" script.
To be honest, it is not clear whether you want to keep an old "typeshed" snap forever (regardless how many types-packages were removed/added). If so, you can close this PR.
Sorry for probably stupid question, but why some stubs are missing, e.g. types-regex?
