Example Usage:
Commandline: Recaption all images from folder /home/feng/Downloads/images
to folder /home/feng/Downloads/recaptioned_images

python3 ./recaption_images.py -i /home/feng/Downloads/images -o /home/feng/Downloads/recaptioned_images
