Proxies scraped from /Server%20List are not proxies ?

I see alot of people sharing this method, but scraping from https://account.ipvanish.com/index.php?t=Server%20List is only for VPN protocols. If I am somehow wrong, please explain. I tested with a working account, and none of those proxies work while the ones from SOCKS5 page do work.
