Looks that automated rabbit cannot exactly handle italic and does some silly stuff when it's present in text.

I noticed on the Hololive subreddit that pekofy-bot has an edge case where if a user pekofys a sentence that contains a decimal number, peko would be added in between the number as it counts as a match.
When a user uses !pekofy on a sentence that contains a decimal number, the sentence is improperly injected with a peko in the decimal number.

Please let me know if the code below is satisfactory, I added a function just to check whether a match is a decimal number since I did not want to mess with the regex already in place. I've also only tested this using english phrases.
Since this bot is also being run on r/VtuberV8 (which is a predominantly Chinese speaking subreddit), most of the time "ぺこ" is only being appended at the end of a whole paragraph, and that kind of bugs me when I see it in action. Hopefully this slightly mitigates the issue.
I am a bit uncertain about commas for ， and 、 though, as sentences in Japanese and Chinese text are normally more dense, adding comma between every sentences would make sense; but that kinda makes it differ from the original version. I left that part out
Definitely not the pythonic way of doing this, but it's the one that popped into my head. A dict would likely be better as data storage/export, I just didn't want to change every usage of replies. Also probably works better with with an ide. Untested as fuck.
Not fully tested, but should work in most cases. Particular issues might include specific reddit formatting, but that'll have to be dealt with on a case-by-case basis
