Usage
- You need to have python and a text editor installed.
- Edit the file with your numbers
- Run
python margin_calculator.py
What does it do?
This tool tells you how much you can loan from your broker (e.x. Interactive Brokers), according to your risk tolerance.
Assumptions
- The amount loaned from the broker will be invested in regular, non-leveraged securities.
