Overview

rsms sublime text theme

Install:

cd path/to/your/sublime/packages
git clone https://github.com/rsms/sublime-theme.git rsms-theme

You'll also need the fonts Inter and JetBrains Mono installed on your system, which are used by the UI theme.

Use

Open the command prompt in Sublime (⇧⌘P), type "rsms:" and select an option.

  • lights off — enable dark theme
  • lights on — enable bright theme
  • select theme... — quickly preview the themes
  • toggle dark/light — toggle. Shortcut: ⌥⌘L

Recommended settings

In your Packages/User/Preferences.sublime-settings:

"font_size": 14.0,
"font_options": [ "no_calt" ],
"line_padding_bottom": 1,
"line_padding_top": 0,
"highlight_line": false,
"show_tab_close_buttons": false,

When in fullscreen, the square tab styles works much better than the default rounded ones:

    I've been using this theme on sublime for sometime and I'm really liking it. It's so great that I wonder if you have a color palette for the colors? I would like to try to make a shell/vim version of this, if I may? But I couldn't get the colors from code.

    Expected Behavior

    Plugin loads the theme files correctly

    Actual Behavior

    Plugin throws the error: Error loading colour scheme rsms-theme\rsms-bright.sublime-color-scheme: Unable to find rsms-theme\rsms-bright.sublime-color-scheme

    Proposed fix

    Changing the filepaths in plugin.py from

    BRIGHT_COLOR_SCHEME = pjoin(PLUGIN_DIR_REL, 'rsms-bright.sublime-color-scheme')
DARK_COLOR_SCHEME   = pjoin(PLUGIN_DIR_REL, 'rsms-dark.sublime-color-scheme')

    to

    BRIGHT_COLOR_SCHEME = 'rsms-bright.sublime-color-scheme'
DARK_COLOR_SCHEME   = 'rsms-dark.sublime-color-scheme'

    fixes the issue on my platform. I doubt it would work across different platforms, though.
