Run this code by the following procedures:

  1. Difference image can be obained by neighborhood ratio: "DI_generation.m". (Matlab 2012a)
  2. Opening the terminal and running this script: "python Ms_CapsNet.py". (Ubuntu-16.04.1 Keras-2.1.6)
